Connecting Attorneys & Clients for Post-Conviction Relief
At Criminal Defense Services, we believe that access to justice should not be limited by financial barriers. Our Pro Bono Connection program bridges the gap between clients in need of post-conviction assistance and licensed attorneys looking to fulfill their pro bono service hours.
✅ For Clients – If you've completed a full investigation with us and need legal guidance, we can connect you with an attorney for limited assistance in reviewing your Personal Restraint Petition (PRP) or other post-conviction documents.
✅ For Attorneys – This program offers attorneys a chance to fulfill pro bono hours while helping clients navigate post-conviction relief in a structured, protected, and limited capacity.
How It Works
1️⃣ Clients who qualify for the program will be matched with an attorney for limited legal guidance.
2️⃣ Attorneys provide case reviews, feedback, and legal direction—without the obligation of full representation.
3️⃣ Both parties sign waivers to ensure a clear and structured process that protects everyone involved.
