We are excited to approach our 7th year of providing dedicated Investigative Services and assistance to defendants across Washington State. Over these years, we've had the privilege of conducting many successful investigations in both Federal and State cases. With a combined 17 years of experience, our mission has always been to help our clients regain their freedom, and we're proud of the high success rate we've achieved. Our commitment to excellence has been recognized through rigorous vetting by the Washington State Attorney General, the Department of Licensing Public Safety Division, and the Better Business Bureau, where we proudly hold an A rating. Our team is made up of individuals who share a dedication to justice and a deep respect for the lives we touch. Our agency includes a Forensic Investigator and several Washington State licensed Private Investigators, all of whom were carefully selected for their expertise and dedication. Each member of our team holds degrees in Criminal Justice or Forensics, ensuring that we bring the highest level of professionalism and knowledge to every case. We work closely together as a team in our office to assist with appellate actions and conduct independent Criminal Investigations, evaluating every piece of evidence used against you.

While we thoroughly analyze discovery materials, they comprise only 40% of our investigative focus. Our priority is uncovering newly discovered evidence—the critical facts that may have been missed, ignored, or excluded, and which could change the outcome of your case. While each case is unique, we firmly believe everyone deserves a thorough, impartial, and comprehensive investigation—regardless of their circumstances. Our team includes licensed private investigators, vetted by the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL), as well as a forensic investigator who has undergone rigorous approval through the DOL's exam exemption process. This unique combination of skills ensures that every case is handled with professionalism, precision, and integrity. We adhere strictly to state and federal guidelines, ensuring all evidence is properly collected and admissible in court.
